Our eOperation team manage the setup and day-to-day operation, promotion and customer service for our brand principals’ online stores on marketplaces and brand sites.

eOperation works with international brand principals and retailers in developing their online marketing and price strategy that can best position our online business to generate greater sales through creating greater brand and product awareness and customer loyalty. eOperation often work closely together with our eCommerceIT and eFulfillment colleagues to deliver a world class and seamless customer experience when shopping online at our various online stores on Tmall, branded specialty stores or other marketplaces.

In addition, eOperation work closely with eMarketing to setup and maintain the activity on selected social media channels in China such as Weibo and Wechat. Our eOperation team are able to adapt marketing materials used internationally for the China market.
